Everyone has their own definition of what a hero is. Some say things as creative as Xena or Hercules, some say things as sweet as their neighbors or their parents. I do believe that all these figures are important in shaping various people but my definition of a hero is one who tries to make the world a better place, helps other people before themselves, but remains a humble and modest person... These are just a few of the reasons why I think Michael Cuccione is one of my hero's. I feel like I became a better person and got such an awesome outlook on life after learning about his legacy. I think that is one of the reasons why I created this website... I figured that without hearing an inspirational story I would still be confused and uncertain. Maybe this story isn't one that inspires you, but I hope that some of the ideas might make you remember one thing or another and find your own inspiration.

I wish there was some sort of major award for hero's. Like there is the Nobel Prize and different literature awards, but none for hero's. Maybe the award that a hero gets is not just fruition but a kind of gratification on the day of judgement. Maybe that is more special than any other kind of reward available.
